Terms of Sale
Last updated 24 July 2026
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from Lunelle (“Lunelle”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
1. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — and if we do, we refund any payment taken for it in full.
2. Prices and payment
- Each product is priced as shown on the site — for example, the Amélie stroller is $315.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 include a shipping charge, shown at checkout.
- Payment is taken through our payment processor. We don’t see or store your full card details.
- You confirm that the payment method used is yours, or that you have permission to use it.
3. Pre-order deposits
Some products may be offered for pre-order with a deposit — for example, $100 off a coming-soon stroller in exchange for a $100 deposit. Where a deposit is offered:
- The deposit counts toward your total; you pay the remaining balance before your order ships.
- If you decide not to go ahead, the deposit is refundable under Section 5, provided your order hasn’t already shipped.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the addresses listed at checkout. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown when you order; they are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. We keep proof of dispatch and delivery for every order.
5. Returns and refunds
- Damaged or faulty items: if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, we take full responsibility — return shipping is free and you’ll receive a full refund or a replacement.
- Change of mind: if you’re simply not happy, you may return an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. A 30% restocking fee applies, and you arrange and pay return shipping.
- To start a return, email info@lunellecalm.com with your order number.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned item.
- These arrangements are in addition to any rights you have under consumer law, which are not affected by these terms.
6. Warranty
Each product carries the warranty shown for it — for example, the Amélie is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery. Warranties don’t cover normal wear, accidental damage or misuse. To make a claim, email info@lunellecalm.com.
7. Your agreement at checkout
Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, including the returns policy and pre-order terms. We keep a dated record of that agreement together with your order. This record, and our records of dispatch and delivery, form part of our order documentation.
8. If there’s a problem with a charge
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first at info@lunellecalm.com — most issues are a quick fix, and we’d always rather sort it out with you directly and fast.
You keep every right you have to raise a dispute with your bank or card provider; nothing here removes or limits that. If a dispute is raised, we may provide our order documentation — your agreement to these terms, the order details, and proof of dispatch and delivery — to the bank or card network as part of resolving it.
9. Contact and governing law
Questions about these terms: info@lunellecalm.com.
These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction to be confirmed before launch], without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
